I’m Tia Castagno, self-proclaimed Queen of My Hustle, and I believe everyone deserves to reach their full potential. So, I’m on a mission to change that initial 2%!
On a slightly more selfish note, I’ve created the type of personal and professional development training I wish I had found years ago. I’m often described as Tia = energy, but that wasn’t always the case.
So, I created UnlockYourBlock to prevent that from happening to others. As an ICF-certified executive coach, HeartMath® trainer and Positive Intelligence® mental fitness coach, I do so by:
- Helping professional women find their place in the corporate world, leave it to start their own business, or a mix of both by developing a portfolio career
- Making it easier for people-first companies to create inspiring, equal, and productive workplaces that, in return, will help them grow
